The founding partners, Peter Ferreira and Debbie Broadbent are Australians who gained their expertise by working, in senior positions, for high profile organisations across industry sectors. Both are tertiary qualified with specialist post-graduate degrees. They have in excess of thirty five years work experience between them.

Peter Ferreira

Background and Achievements
Peter Ferreira is the Director of E-Cue Pty Ltd. He is a professional organisational consultant, specialising in Business and Human Resources Strategies, Learning and Development and Change Management. Peter has worked with private and public sector organisations in the fields of manufacturing, financial services, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing. He is an accredited facilitator with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).

Peter's professional achievements include:

  • Design and delivery of organisational and cultural change programs

  • Resourcing and delivery of strategic human resource consultancy services

  • Facilitation of corporate and business planning for organisations

  • Design and delivery of middle and senior management learning and development programs

  • Design and delivery of a suite of personal growth and professional development programs, including team development, targeted selection, continuous improvement, communications, client management, conflict management, career development, sales and marketing and customer service

  • Facilitation of process re-engineering reviews, implementation strategies, and supporting change management programs

  • Facilitating industrial frameworks for Greenfields manufacturing sites

  • Implementing change management reviews to improve the effectiveness of Sales Force Performance and the delivery of products and services to the market place

Peter has extensive experience and expertise in managing group dynamics and delivery of process facilitation services.

Peter's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Behavioural Science (Psychology) University of South East Queensland, and a Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management Charles Sturt University. In 1999, he completed the Strategic Human Resource Management Program with the Australian Graduate School of Management (Sydney).

Debbie Broadbent

Debbie Broadbent is a founding partner of E-Cue Pty Ltd. She is a business professional with experience in senior management, human resources, education, and consulting.

Debbie is experienced in both private and public sector organisations.

  • Manage and deliver a professional account management and fee for service operation for financial services consultants

  • Deliver a professional Human Resources and Change Management consulting and advisory service to dedicated clients
