Our Methodology

Our methodology is simple, clear and concise. Considering our clients needs for flexibility we propose a four step roadmap that can be modified and adjusted as required. 

Our project roadmap comprise of four phases:

Creating the project charter
  • During this phase we work closely with our clients to establish their needs and to clarify the scope of the project and typically involves one or more meetings. The outcome of this phase is a project proposal detailing the scope, needs, time and client investment.
  • Defining the scope - "The big picture"
  • Identifying the needs
Working as a team
  • In this phase, if required, roles of project members are clearly defined tasks assigned, and commitment confirmed 

  • Clarification of team member roles

  • Development of team guidelines

Doing the project
  • This is the implementation phase where the work actually gets done. It involves managing change, monitoring progress and providing client feedback reports

Closing out the project
  • This final phase is about evaluating the success and impact of the project

  • Customer satisfaction evaluated
